Where does Judy Chirnside Flowers deliver to?
We deliver our own special flowers to the following locations.
Bellarine Peninsula $16.50 Barwon Heads, Clifton Springs, Curlewis, Drysdale, Indented Head, Leopold, Mannerim, Marcus Hill, Moolap, Ocean Grove, Point Henry, Point Lonsdale, Portarlington, Queenscliff, St Leonards, Swan Bay, Wallington.
Melbourne deliveries are not available on weekends.
Standard same day flower delivery
We offer a standard same day flower delivery service to locations listed above by 5pm Monday to Saturday. Flower orders to Melbourne, Bellarine Peninsular and Geelong outer suburbs need to be placed by 1pm Monday to Friday and by 10am Saturday to be delivered via our standard same day delivery service. Charges depend on the delivery location.
Judy Chirnside Flowers may be able to offer same day flower delivery for orders placed after 1pm weekdays or after 10am Saturdays, particularly if the destination is close to our retail store. Please note; additional charges may apply subject to the time of day your flower order is placed and/or the distance of the flower delivery request.
Sunday and Public holiday deliveries
Judy Chirnside Flowers is unable to deliver flowers on Sundays and public holidays, except for special events such as Motherís Day.
Special delivery requests
Should a flower delivery be required for a specific time or for an address outside our delivery radius, the order will be sent via a priority service at an additional cost to customers. Customers will be advised about the charges at the checkout if a special delivery request has been made online or Judy Chirnside Flowers may contact customers via phone or email to inform of any additional charges to be incurred.
Interstate flower orders can be placed online and delivered by one of our affiliate suppliers who will also provide beautiful, high quality flowers. To help us meet your flower delivery requirements, we recommend you place all orders by 4pm the day before the required delivery date. Products will not be packaged in our Judy Chirnside Flowers signature style and affiliate supplier product and flower delivery rates will apply.
Notification of delivery restrictions and/or additional fees
Customers will be notified at the checkout or contacted by Judy Chirnside Flowers via phone or email should flower delivery restrictions or additional charges apply to an order.
Three day return policy
On average, flowers should last between 3 and 7 days. Should the flowers perish within 3 days of the delivery date and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, we will resend new flowers to the recipient. If you wish to return faulty or damaged gift products including candles and body products, Judy Chirnside Flowers will gladly exchange or refund the original price.
We may request photos or images of the original products to support the request and will not resend products if the original products are disposed of or images are unavailable.
Dissatisfaction with products can be communicated via the online feedback form or phone within 3 days of delivery. To assist us in quality control, we will collect the original products delivered.
Cancellation of orders
Should customers need to cancel an order, money will be refunded less a $10 administrative fee if notice is received 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.
All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.

Judy Chirnside Flowers collects personal data to provide a specific product or service requested by the customer. Certain information may be required to provide this product or service, such as full name of customer and recipient, e-mail address, billing address and contact phone numbers.
The information collected may also be used to inform the customer of additional products and services, which may be of interest to them. All marketing material sent to the customer will include an unsubscribe button so the customer can request removal from mailing lists.
Disclosure of information
Judy Chirnside Flowers will not disclose any personal information to any person outside of the company, unless the customer has authorised us to do so or unless required by law to disclose such information. Furthermore, under no circumstances will Judy Chirnside Flowers sell or receive payments or services for disclosing customer's personal information to any partner or external company.
